Campbell woman found not guilty in burglary, attack on dog
A Campbell Woman was found not guilty by reason of insanity, almost a year after she broke into a home in Warren and assaulted a dog that later had to be euthanized. "The defendant was suffering from a sever mental illness. As a result, the defendant did not know the wrongfulness of her acts--therefore the court finds the defendant not guilty by reason of insanity.", Judge Cynthia Westcott Rice explained.
