APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - The global technology outage affecting airports, airlines, banks, hospitals and other industries is being felt here in Northeast Wisconsin. The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office says the outage is affecting Appleton International Airport, the sheriff’s office, Outagamie County circuit courts, Brewster Village, and other county departments.
