Fall River police officer placed on leave after arrest on multiple charges
An officer with the Fall River Police Department was placed on leave with pay last week after an arrest. According to court records, 32-year-old Marc Correia was arraigned Friday in Fall River District Court and is charged with Felony Witness Intimidation, Felony Improper Storage of a Large-Capacity Firearm Near a Minor, and Misdemeanor Assault and Battery on a Family/Household Member.
