Shyheim Devonte Alford, 24, was arrested on July 2 and faces the same charges. The charges stem from the killing of 23-year-old Terry Leach Jr. of Lumberton.

Robeson County deputies responded June 27 to the 1300 block of Wiregrass Road for a shooting, the sheriff’s office said. Leach was found with a gunshot wound and died from his injuries.

Both Shyheim and Nalyjah were booked into the Robeson County Detention Center without bond. Lumberton and Fairmont police assisted in the investigation.
