Kansas State continues to pick up wins along the recruiting trail from the Class of 2025, getting a commitment from First Baptist (Fla.) Academy safety Logan Bartley on July 31 — just one day after he decommitted from Wake Forest on July 29.

From GoPowerCat.com’s Ryan Wallace : “Prior to an injury late last season that slowed his process with colleges, Bartley appeared on track for a prosperous recruitment with an early offer from Ole Miss and interest from programs such as Clemson, Kentucky and Miami to name a few. Back at full strength this summer, business began picking back up which led to the Naples native rethinking his decision.”

Bartley, 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, is a three-star recruit and appears ready to move into the Top 100 recruits in Florida. As a junior in 2023, Bartley led First Baptist to the Class 1S semifinals with 101 tackles, 4 pass breakups, 3 sacks, 17.5 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery while also blocking two kicks.

Kansas State also recently secured a commitment from Goodland (Kan.) High School tight end Linkon Cure, a five-star recruit and the nation’s No. 2 overall tight end.
