Wor-Wic Community College awarded $350k for technology program
SALISBURY, Md – Wor-Wic Community College was awarded a $350,000 Advanced Technological Education (ATE) grant from the National Science Foundation. The 3-year grant will fund Wor-Wic’s Eastern Shore Technician in Electro-Mechanics project, ESTEEM for short. The ESTEEM program provides students practical technical experience and education, with many ready to enter the workforce before they complete their associate’s degree.
