DEAN OF IUP’S COLLEGE OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE VISITS INDIANA ROTARY
Last week, IUP’s founding dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine Dr. Miko Rose met with the Indiana Rotary. On June 24, Rotary officials presented Rose with a pen expressing the club’s appreciation for her presentation. She was named the founding dean of the proposed college back in November following a nationwide search, and she was named a fellow of the American College of Neuropsychiatrists in May.

Pa. legislature votes to allow doorless Jeep driving
Pennsylvania legislators have sent a bill to Gov. Josh Shapiro’s desk that would allow owners of Jeeps, Broncos, and similar vehicles to drive without their doors attached. The bill, sponsored by Sen. Devlin Robinson, R-Allegheny County, passed the state Senate last year and was given final approval by the House on Wednesday.
