Kim Mulkey Takes Hilarious Shot At Geno Auriemma During College Basketball Panel

Kim Mulkey and Geno Auriemma are two of the best coaches in college basketball.

The duo have won 15 combined NCAA Championships between them two, with Mulkey having earned the most recent one with LSU in 2023.

It's unknown when both of these iconic coaches will decide to call it quits on their careers. But what's for sure is that, whenever they do decide to retire, they'll each go down as absolute legends.

Both Mulkey and Auriemma have been known to have a humorous side, as well.

And this was apparent when the two spoke on a panel together during the 2024 Aspen Ideas Festival, when Mulkey couldn't help but take a lighthearted dig at Auriemma.

When the panel's host posed a question to Mulkey, she responded with, "Well, I'm going to let age speak before beauty, so Geno's got the mic."

Auriemma seemed stunned silent for a few seconds before responding with, "Yeah, that's about right."

For the record, Auriemma is 70 years old while Mulkey is currently 62.

Props to Auriemma for taking Mulkey's not-so-subtle diss in stride.
