Henrico BZA to consider short-term rentals, turkey shoot July 25

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room at the Henrico Government Center on Parham Road.

Among the items on the agenda:

• a request by Cynthia Leal for a conditional use permit for short-term rental of a dwelling at 8700 Hungary Spring Road in the Brookland District;

• a request by Lateisha Harvey for a conditional use permit to operate a large family day home at 1023 Bogart Road in the Fairfield District;

• a request by Cynthia M. Rivenbark for a conditional use permit to allow short-term rental of a detached guesthouse at 613 Azalea Avenue in the Fairfield District;

• a request by the Sandston Moose Lodge for a conditional use permit for a turkey shoot at 4505 Oakleys Lane in the Varina District;

• a request by J.E. Liesfeld Contractor Inc. for a conditional use permit to continue the reclamation of a former mining site at 8950 Strath Road in the Varina District.
