    2nd teen charged in connection to prominent Kansas City chef death

    A second teen has been charged in connection with the killing of Shaun Brady, a prominent Kansas City chef and restaurant owner. Brady’s friend Keli O’Neill, who is also the executive director of the Kansas City Irish Fest, remembers his contributions to the Irish community. “Things need to change,” she says, as the area has seen a large number of crimes committed by young people.
