THE WASHINGTON – In relation to the murder of 64-year-old Reggie Brown, the Metropolitan Police Department has announced the arrest of two more teenagers. Girls from Northwest D.C., ages 13 and 15, were apprehended by members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force on Thursday. Following their transfer, they were indicted with second-degree murder by the Homicide Branch.
