Danielle Covelli, marketing director for Covelli Enterprises in Warren, shared the excitement of being ahead of schedule. “We are thrilled to open sooner," she said. "The location will have a drive thru and walk in, with seating for up to 30 inside and 16 outside on the patio.”

Caribou, founded in 1992 with a motto “Life is short, stay awake for it,” also sells its specialty bagged coffee and K-Cup pods. The coffee company became part of Panera in 2021, with Covelli Enterprises being the largest franchisee of Panera Bread restaurants.

Covelli said the shop plans special offers for opening day.
