Wakefern Food Corp. and Instacart are adding Caper Carts at four ShopRite stores in the Philadelphia area, expanding on the grocer’s rollout of the smart carts since May. To date, 11 ShopRite stores have added the AI-powered smart shopping carts as another option for customers to checkout. What had been the 2-year-old Archie Grand on Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains is now El Primo, an agave bar with a Latin American focus.
