The Ole Miss Rebels have been on quite the rollercoaster as head coach Lane Kiffin continues to shape the team's 2025 recruiting class.

On Monday, Ole Miss lost three commits including two four-star wide receivers in Jerome Myles and Dillon Alfred. With that being said, the latest news on the recruiting trails should immediately restore hope in Oxford.

Five-star wide receiver Caleb Cunningham has received plenty of attention from powerhouse programs across the country, and more specifically in the SEC. It's easy to see why the Ackerman, MS., native is the No. 15 prospect in the 2025 cycle and the No. 2 wide receiver in his class, per On3's Industry Rankings .

On Wednesday, Cunningham narrowed down his recruitment to six schools. Alabama is currently leading the charge in the Cunningham sweepstakes, but Ole Miss, Auburn, Florida, Tennessee and Mississippi State are also in the mix, per On3's Hayes Fawcett.

Cunningham's recruitment has been a bit of a whirlwind. He previously told AuburnLive's Jeffery Lee that the Tigers ranked No. 1 on his list. He also revealed to On3's Sam Spiegelman that Mississippi State nearly had his commitment.

Although the Crimson Tide is currently out in front, Cunningham is still clearly exploring his options. Perhaps the two departures from Myles and Alfred give the Rebels more motivation to land a high-profile playmaker such as Cunningham.

While most coaching staffs would brow concerned over losing three recruits, Kiffin has remained calm through it all . He even hinted at a possible flip with a comedic pun in a recent tweet.

Cunningham will be one to keep an eye on as things continue to develop. The Choctaw County High School star could add his name to a growing list of elite receivers with elite production at Ole Miss if he decides to #ComeToTheSip.
