Iconic Wichita mansion gets a long overdue makeover

In 2022, local remodeler Pepin Suter bought the home and has transformed it to much of it's original glory. Persistence pays off. After five attempts, I was finally able to find JuhBa’s BBQ open one weekday afternoon. I documented some of my previous attempts on another blog as it’s been challenging to find when the restaurant was open during their advertised hours. He announced this week that his TeamSeas initiative has successfully removed over 34-million pounds of trash from the ocean. The project, launched by MrBeast and fellow YouTuber Mark Rober in October 2021, aimed to raise $30-million to remove 30-million pounds of trash from the world’s oceans and rivers. Two days ago, MrBeast shared that TeamSeas exceeded their goal, removing 34,080,191 pounds of trash from oceans worldwide.
