Tech Police stop DWI suspect wanted in Arkansas
A man stopped by Louisiana Tech Police last week for DWI was also found to be wanted in Arkansas. Monrego M. Watson, 53, of El Dorado, was stopped by a Louisiana Tech officer about 5 p.m. Aug. 17.
