Fans Gush Over Caitlin Clark's Pregame Outfit Before Fever-Mercury Showdown

The Indiana Fever's first matchup against the Phoenix Mercury tips off on Sunday. The primetime showdown is expected to draw record viewers as Fever rookie phenom Caitlin Clark finally faces off against Mercury veteran superstar Diana Taurasi.

While Indiana is coming off a two-game losing streak, Clark headed to the Footprint Center looking confident and ready to win.

The 22-year-old rocked a cream, button-down mini dress ahead of the matchup and fans loved her look.

One fan responded , "That is hot Caitlin." Another person commented , "Cc’s outfits Super classy."

During practice on Saturday, Clark discussed how she felt playing against someone like Taurasi. "That's somebody I grew up idolizing and looking up to and wanting to be like one day," Clark said .

"Obviously, she's one of the greatest players our game has ever seen, greatest scorer our game has ever seen, so for me, I'm excited. It's fun. It's almost like a dream come true. You get to live out your dream while playing against the best, or one of the best there ever has been."
