Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever were in the midst of a massive game against Diana Taurasi and the Phoenix Mercury when cameras panned to the crowd, showing her mother, Anne Nizzi-Clark, and her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, per ccloveoml on X.

Clark and the Fever picked up an 87-82 victory over the Mercury, securing their first win over a team above .500 this season.

Clark's mother and boyfriend have been in the stands for many big-time games with the former Iowa Hawkeye, but this was arguably the biggest game of her WNBA career. Clark finished the contest with 15 points, 12 assists, and nine rebounds.

They've both been right by Clark's side through the past year, riding next to the 22-year-old through a couple of hectic months. McCaffery is a former collegiate basketball player for the Hawkeyes, so the two both have history on the hardwood.

Indiana now advances to 8-12 on the season, listed as the No. 8 team in the WNBA. The top-eight teams in the league earn a playoff spot.

Clark's mother and boyfriend were in attendance to watch the rookie secure a win over what she called one of her idols growing up.
