Arrest made after Oconee County man inappropriately touches minor, deputies say
OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. — The Oconee County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on four charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor. An investigator notified deputies earlier this week on Tuesday, July 16, that a man identified as 41-year-old Kevin Bradley Turner of Seneca, South Carolina, would turn himself in concerning a crime that he committed.
