Matt Luke is keeping it real with Clemson Football fans
Matt Luke has only coached one game for Clemson Football. It was the Gator Bowl at the end of last season. Clemson won a close game, and the offensive line did their job. We couldn’t really glean anything meaningful from that single game. Luke admitted that he didn’t know all the signals and vocabulary they used. He had to rely on others to help him. That is logical but many coaches probably wouldn’t have been comfortable being that honest that they didn’t have full control over every aspect of their group.

Animal Cruelty Ordinance Passes with Amended Language
The city of Clemson approved an animal cruelty ordinance, including new amendments, at a City Council meeting earlier this week. Mayor pro Tem Alesia Smith raised concerns about language that might discourage reporting violations, particularly in abusive or domestic violence situations. She suggested changing the wording to “can or may be in violation” to encourage more reports.

A 72-year-old South Carolina man died Saturday after his kayak capsized in the water near Cape Hatteras National Seashore.According to Cape Hatteras National Seashore, the incident happened Saturday morning. Officials said the man launched his kayak from the beach near Cape Hatteras National Seashore's Ramp 43, located east of the Cape Point Campground near Buxton.Bystanders at the beach told officials they saw the kayak capsize while attempting to ride a wave about 50 yards from the beach. They then swam out to help pull the man from the kayak and brought him back to the beach.ALSO SEE: Alligator 'taken into custody' for loitering, trespassing at Sunset Beach police stationRescue crews attempted to resuscitate the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene."We send our condolences to the kayaker's family and friends," Cape Hatteras National Seashore Superintendent David Hallac said on social media.The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission is investigating the incident.
