    City of Phillips public informational meeting at 5:30 p.m., at city hall, 174 S Eyder Ave., to discuss final updates to the Phillips Comprehensive Plan before adoption. Rescheduled from March 25.

    APRIL 3• Community Change Grant meeting, 5:30 p.m., at BW University, 165 County Road F. The community and business owners are invited to submit development ideas to assist in the $20 million EPA grant application of the Phillips based nonprofit group, Price County United Limited.
