Caney Lake Hazard Maps Now Available at Jackson Parish Library
Caney Lake hazard maps are now available to the public at the Chatham and Jonesboro branches of the Jackson Parish Library (JPL). Quitman High School senior Laura Arnold named 2024 Congressional Art Competition Winner
Start, Louisiana - Congresswoman Julia Letlow announced Laura Arnold as the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition from the Fifth District of Louisiana. A recent graduate of Quitman High School, Laura won the competition with a collage entitled "Chicken Bits." The collage features an image of a hen as the focal point made from blue, orange, and brown collage pieces.
