Local Boost: WPCC Secures Grant to Enhance Workforce Programs and Student Support Through 2026
Western Piedmont Community College (WPCC) has received a grant from Dogwood Health Trust, effective from December 2023 to November 2026. This funding will support WPCC's workforce development programs, including maintaining a Success Coach and adding an Apprenticeship Coordinator. The grant will help sustain existing programs and create new opportunities for student support in education and career development.
