North Salem Announces Changes to Memorial Day Observance

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - Due to the forecast of inclement weather, North Salem has announced the cancelation of the town’s Memorial Day parade.

Instead, the remembrance ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. at the Croton Falls Firehouse, located at 1 Sun Valley Drive.

The North Salem High School band will still be performing at the event, and the community is invited to join in to honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.

Hot dogs and beverages will be served.
