    Former Terre Haute Police Chief passes away

    TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO-WAWV) — 77 year old Ray Watts died on Thursday July 18 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

    Watts served as the Terre Haute Police Chief and was also a Vietnam combat veteran who received a Purple Heart after he was wounded in battle.

    Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 27, 2024 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home in Terre Haute. More information can be found on the Callahan & Hughes website
