Buckeye Trail students bet on fun at 'A Night in Vegas' prom

CAMBRIDGE − A rainy day and mucky weather didn't stop the students from Buckeye Trail from rocking out at their 2024 prom on Saturday evening.

Gathering at Burts' & B's Venue, students arrived at their prom to celebrate and dance the night away. The theme this year was A Night in Vegas. Balloons, a Welcome to Las Vegas sign and black and red decor filled the space as the students made their entrances.

Junior class adviser Shawna Campbell ensured everyone got checked in and announced before the big dance.

DJ Mikey P was in charge of the music and Island Delights provided fresh, cold smoothies to keep everyone hydrated throughout the night. Shelly Howes snapped photos as the students made their way down the red carpet as parents and friends oohed and aahed at the glittering gowns and slick tuxedos.
