    On the agenda: former Springfield Buick dealership, housing in more parts of Springfield

    This week Springfield elected officials will discuss potential terms for acquiring the historic Buick dealership and discuss updates to development codes primarily focused on allowing housing in more areas.

    Springfield City Council

    What: Springfield city councilors are scheduled to discuss proposed changes to the Lane County Human Services Commission (an intergovernmental group of elected officials from Lane County, Eugene and Springfield that advises Lane County on Human Services). Next councilors will discuss changes to the city's development fees and several updates to development codes primarily focused on allowing housing in more areas.
