The local transportation department has announced culvert maintenance operations on CO-69, which will affect traffic between County Road 614, approximately 11 miles north of Walsenburg, and County Road 614.1, around 12 miles south of Gardner. The maintenance will commence on Monday and the segment of CO-69 from Mile Point 11 to Mile Point 12.45 will have alternating traffic. The operations are scheduled to start at 7:00AM MDT and are planned to continue until 7:00PM MDT on the same day.Motorists should prepare for potential delays and are advised to consider alternate routes where possible.
