This Bakery Has Been Named the Best in North Carolina

The wonderful La Farm Bakery in Cary is arguably one of the most delicious bakeries in the state so it comes as no surprise this cozy cafe found its way into this article.

La Farm Bakery is a modern-day French American cafe in the heart of Cary located just minutes from Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill.

The bakery opened back in 1999 with a focus on an old-world approach to French baking. Fresh bread selections include challah, Scandinavian rye, rustic Italian, asiago parmesan, and ciabatta, just to name a few.

Of course, La Farm also offers plenty of sweets from scones and cinnamon buns to pain au chocolate, croissants, tarts, cookies, and chocolate layer cake.

One of the most beloved bakery items is the white chocolate mini baguette, which some patrons lovingly refer to as "life-changing."

The baguette has white chocolate baked into the bread and makes for a unique yet delicious treat.

La Farm also offers guests a chance to sit and stay awhile at their cafe that's open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch during the week. It serves a monthly rotating menu comprised of specials with seasonal fresh ingredients and classics like the croque madame, eggs benedict, and crème brulée french toast.
