Klamath Falls police spotted the pair traveling in a stolen vehicle in the southeastern Oregon city and arrested Brenna's ex-boyfriend, Morgan Guidry on an outstanding warrant for domestic assault in Travis County, Texas.

"She has been found. That's all we have for now," Greg Swindell posted on X Tuesday. "Thank you to everyone ... who helped in the process."

Brenna, 29, is the mother of three and was reported missing on Sunday in Austin, Texas.

The Travis County warrant for Guidry's arrest accused him of a third-degree felony for assaulting and strangling Brenna on July 7, and she filed a complaint on Aug. 20.

Brenna had been missing since Thursday and had no contact with her family, including her three children.

Guidry allegedly strangled Brenna several times and slammed her head onto an apartment floor on July 7.

Brenna suffered injuries to her shoulder, neck, head and hand and told local police Guidry was going to kill her after he left the apartment armed with a rifle.

Greg Swindell was a former pitcher for the University of Texas and pitched in the major leagues for 17 years.
