TSC to host Scorpion Youth Soccer Camp

BROWNSVILLE, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — Texas Southmost College announced its 2024 Scorpion Youth Soccer Camp.

The camp is open to children age 5 to 12. It encompasses three sessions of group training in basic soccer skills for kids who want to gain early experience and familiarity with the game.

Participants will be guided by assistant coaches from the TSC Scorpions Soccer team. The staff will guide participants through the fundamentals of soccer, necessary skills, ball techniques, and scrimmages.

The registration fee is $50 per participant, with the first 100 individuals receiving a free TSC t-shirt. All participants are required to bring their own soccer ball to camp sessions.

The camp will take place June 5 through 7 from 8 to 11 a.m. at Scorpion Field, located at 2000 W. University Blvd.
