Have You Experienced The Garlic in Killington Yet?

If you're a pasta lover like me, The Garlic should be your first choice for dinner. The portions are incredibly generous - I couldn't even finish my Chicken Parmigiano! And if you're a seafood fan, the Garlic mussels are a must-try.

The restaurant's name, The Garlic, might make you expect some warm, garlicky bread, but it was a bit of a letdown when it arrived cold. However, the overall dishes were fantastic. The lamb appetizer was so good that it was gone before I could snap a picture. The blueberry sauce and cheese paired perfectly with the tender and seasoned lamb lollipops. The puttanesca was also a delight.

The Garlic's decor is rustic and beautiful, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is attentive and kind, making the dining experience even better. They also offer seasonal craft beers - I tried both of the Sour Beers and they were good. I loved this place so much that I visited twice during my short stay in Killington. The Penne alla Vodka (no meat) and classic caprese tasted so fresh and creamy. Can't wait to visit again when I'm back in the area!
