WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — D.C. police arrested someone after they led Virginia State Police (VSP) on a chase in a stolen car and hit another car in the process Thursday evening.

Just before 7 p.m., a VSP trooper was alerted to a stolen Toyota Prius heading north on I-395. The trooper turned on his cruiser’s emergency lights and siren but the Prius did not stop.
