The 1960s-era strip center is going through a lot of change. Tom Kelly’s Bowling Pros Shop, a bakery and a barber shop have all moved out. That makes way for Westlake Ace Hardware to relocate to a bigger space in Westgate Plaza from its current location at 84th & Center.
