Lillian Lee, working alongside her parents, is no stranger to the donut business. The upcoming Hockley store will mark their 12th location, following closely on the heels of their 11th opening in Tomball, anticipated in April 2024. With an estimated cost of $225,000 for renovation and alteration, this project entails architectural and engineering work to transform an 1,800 square foot cold, dark shell into a welcoming haven for donut lovers. Moreover, the Lees are already planning ahead with a 13th location on the horizon, also in Hockley, as the center is currently under construction.
