DARIEN — Developers are looking to transform an office park near downtown Darien into a housing development with a proposed 175 new apartments. The Trammell Crow Company, a development firm, is seeking approval from Darien’s Planning and Zoning Commission to rezone the Thorndal Circle Office Park from offices to residential units under the town’s Designed Office Multifamily Residential Overlay Zone.
