    Niles plaza sold to Miami real estate firm

    NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – A commercial real estate group out of Miami, Florida, has purchased The Village Center shopping plaza in Niles.

    The plaza on Youngstown Warren Road was purchased for $6.8 million last week by In Da Nile, LLC from Covelli Properties, Inc.

    The plaza houses Marc’s and Staples as well as other businesses.

    WKBN 27 First News reached out to Niles Mayor Steven Mientkiewicz about the sale, but that call was not immediately returned.
