Its summer schedule of classes includes a pie camp where teens make sweet and savory pies from scratch and a "world tour" for kids and teens who will cook their way through cuisines from Morocco, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, and Italy. The multiday classes run about 2½ hours per lesson; classes are held at PCC locations in Seattle and on the Eastside.
