PCC's Summer Cooking Classes to Inspire Future Top Chefs
PCC’s cooking classes for kids and teens garner high praise and an A+ for activities that are both engaging and practical. Taught by culinary professionals and giving students a hands-on experience, they’re a memorable way to gain confidence and independence in preparing meals and encouraging culinary aspirations. Its summer schedule of classes includes a pie camp where teens make sweet and savory pies from scratch and a "world tour" for kids and teens who will cook their way through cuisines from Morocco, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, and Italy. The multiday classes run about 2½ hours per lesson; classes are held at PCC locations in Seattle and on the Eastside.
