Road Closures due to flooding in the Ohio Valley

(WTRF) – Thursday’s severe weather has caused several roads across the Ohio Valley to be closed.

EMA Director Tom Hart tell us the following roads are closed in Marshall County:

Woodruff Road, Fish Creek Road, Little Grave Creek, Middle Grave Creek, Clouston Road, Loudenville Road and Big Wheeling Creek Road.

Marshall County officials tell us there is flooding on Middle Grave Creek between Terrell Ridge and Hinerman Hill.

Monroe County officials confirm there is flooding along the southbound lane of Route 7 in Sardis near the golf course.

They also confirm State Route 78 near Burkhart Middle Church Road is seeing water due to ponding water and overflowing from the ditches nearby. ODOT officials are expected to inspect the area.
