    Human trafficking task force charges 7 employees of Chesterfield massage businesses after undercover police operations

    CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Seven employees of five massage businesses in Chesterfield County have been arrested and charged following undercover operations by police.

    The operations were conducted by the Virginia Capital Area Human Trafficking Task Force and the Chesterfield County Police Department on June 20 at businesses in various areas of the county.

    Police said the following businesses were included in the operation:

    • Sunshine Health Massage, located at 255 Wadsworth Drive
    • LuckyStar Leisure Center, located at 9912 Chester Road
    • XL Massage, located at 13549 Midlothian Turnpike
    • Coca Spa, located at 911 N. Courthouse Road
    • Aura Massage, located at 13546 Waterford Place

    The task force and Chesterfield Police arrested the following seven people on 22 charges:

    • Meizhu Chen, 44, of Flushing, N.Y., was arrested and charged with prostitution and keeping a bawdy place, as well as Chesterfield County Code violations for not having a massage license nor a massage therapist permit.  Chen worked at Sunshine Health Massage.
    • Saihua Huang 38, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested and charged with prostitution and keeping a bawdy place; as well as Chesterfield County Code violations for not having a massage license nor a massage therapist permit.  Huang worked at Lucky Star Leisure Center.
    • Xiuwen Zhang, 56, of the Midlothian area of Chesterfield, was arrested and charged with prostitution and keeping a bawdy place. Zhang worked at XL Massage.
    • Jing Jiang, 55, of N. Chesterfield, was arrested and charged with prostitution and keeping a bawdy place, as well as Chesterfield County Code violations for not having a massage license nor a massage therapist permit. Jiang worked at Coco Spa.
    • Guoqiang Li, 56, of N. Chesterfield, was arrested and charged with keeping a bawdy place, as well as Chesterfield County Code violations for not having a massage license nor a massage therapist permit.  Li worked at Coco Spa.
    • Yun Su, 54, of N. Chesterfield, was charged with Chesterfield County Code violations for not having a massage license nor a massage therapist permit. Su was employed at Coco Spa.
    • Kun Liu, 54 of no permanent address, was arrested and charged with keeping a bawdy place, as well as Chesterfield County Code violations for not having a massage license nor a massage therapist permit. Liu worked at Aura Massage.

    Virginia State Police has a tip line available to combat human trafficking. Any witnesses or victims of human trafficking are encouraged to text 847411 on their phone and then type “VSP” followed by the tip.
