Williamsport, Pa. — Warrants were issued for the arrest of two women who allegedly were involved in a brawl at a Williamsport bar.

Rashonda Mack, 26, and Dominique Sharnell Jett, 37, both of Williamsport, allegedly got into a fight on July 31 with two victims at the Brandon Cafe on Washington Boulevard. Cpl. Jordan Stoltzfus of Williamsport Bureau of Police says he was called to the bar on Aug. 7 to investigate the assault incident.

The two victims told police they were being harassed by Mack via text message between July 30 and 31. Mack also called one of the victims from different phone numbers, and made a Facebook post with a picture of the victims with the caption, "Going to smash the dog *expletive* outta these *expletive* why get me started, Tell yall folks im looking for them," according to the arrest affidavit.

Jett, Mack, and three other unidentified females went to the Brandon Cafe around 11:30 p.m. on July 31 after they found out the victims were there. Mack allegedly began attacking one of the victims, who was sitting in the back of the establishment. The victim noted Jett was holding an orange sack that had a soup can in it.

The attack turned into a larger fight when the second victim attempted to help the individual who was being attacked by Mack. That's when Jett and the three unidentified females joined in. Other bar patrons and employees attempted to break up the fight, Stolzfus wrote in the affidavit. At one point, Mack attempted to pull a pocket knife on one of the victims. A patron managed to take the knife away from Mack.

When the fight calmed down, Jett grabbed a glass mug and struck the second victim. Eventually, Jett was separated from the victim and was forced out of the bar along with Mack and the three other females. The victim reported Mack stayed outside of the bar for a while, waiting for the victims to come out. Mack was seen on surveillance camera taking a firearm out of her waistband and pointing it at the building before putting it away, according to the affidavit.

Mack left the area for a short time and returned to the bar in a vehicle. She was seen getting out of her vehicle and making a stabbing motion around the rear tire of the one of the victim's vehicles. The victim returned to her vehicle later and found two of her tires were flat with what appeared to be knife punctures.

Police filed a felony count of riot-intent to commit felony, misdemeanors of simple assault, and possession of weapon on both Mack and Jett. Mack also received a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief and terroristic threats. Charges were filed at the office of District Judge Aaron Biichle.
