Evanston property owners concerned about their property taxes can submit an appeal to the Cook County Board of Review (BOR) through August 20, 2024. Property owners are encouraged to file an appeal on their own online at cookcountyboardofreview.com. Filing online is a simple and quick process that should take no more than 20 minutes. The Village of Morton Grove will be making improvements at the green space on the south side of Lincoln Avenue at Ferris Avenue. The project is called Gateway Plaza Improvements Project (“Gateway Plaza”). DSD tapped to develop 1.54-MW solar portfolio for Illinois parks
DSD Renewables (DSD) has partnered with General Energy Corporation to deploy a 1.54-MW portfolio of rooftop solar projects across three park districts in Illinois. The installations, located in Elmhurst, Sycamore, and Urbana, are estimated to generate approximately 1.8 GWh of solar energy each year that can be used to power operations and reduce carbon footprint.

Village of Cary Electrical Aggregation Program Renewal
In June of 2024, the Village Board approved a renewal of our 12-month electric aggregation agreement with MC Squared Energy Services, LLC (MC²). This program will go into effect for an additional term of twelve (12) months, ending with the October 2025 ComEd meter read cycle. The agreement will serve eligible residents and small business customers with an electric supply price equal to the ComEd rate for a 12-month term beginning with the September 2024 ComEd meter read cycle. In addition, this electric aggregation program provides the Village with a civic contribution from the supplier, which will be used on infrastructure projects.
