Close out Summer with the Heavenly Village Art and Music Festival

Wrap up your Lake Tahoe summer at the Heavenly Village Midway Art and Music Festival, happening over Labor Day weekend: August 30, 31, and September 1. Hosted by the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority and the Tahoe Improvement District, this fun festival promises activities for the whole family.

Admission is free, but carnival rides and games will have separate charges.

The festivities kick off at 5 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Enjoy Live Music Across Four Stages

The festival features an array of live music performances spread over four stages.

Classic Car Show

Car enthusiasts can check out the Classic Car Show, where beautifully restored vintage vehicles will be on display.

Art Show

Art lovers will be thrilled with the Art Show, featuring diverse works from talented artists. The art will include paintings, jewelry, and photography, and event attendees can participate in interactive activities such as face painting and Henna tattoos. The Art Show also includes live demonstrations and hands-on activities for all ages.

Carnival Rides and Games

The carnival section offers traditional fun with various rides and games for kids and families. Expected rides include the Spinning Tea Cups, bouncing in the bounce houses, and classic carnival games.

Fireworks Display

The festival will end with a spectacular fireworks display on Sunday, September 1st, from the top of the parking garage. Please note that the display is weather-dependent, and may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons.

Important Parking Note: Parking may be challenging, so we at Wander Tahoe recommended to use public transportation or a car share to reach the festival area.
