The 2024 NFL season is just a few months away, and teams have finished up their offseason workouts in preparation for September.

Each team held their mandatory rookie minicamp in May, and all eyes were on the six quarterbacks selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. However, there is one rookie quarterback that multiple NFL teams are reportedly 'scared to death' of.

According to ESPN senior NFL reporter Jeremy Fowler, teams are worried about the potential of Washington Commanders rookie Jayden Daniels.

"This is a time of year where I talk to teams just about big picture stuff. What do you think of this player or that player? And I've had multiple people this week bring up, unprompted, 'I'm kind of scared to death of what Washington could be with Jayden Daniels," Fowler said on NFL Live.

The Commanders drafted Daniels with the No. 2 pick. He played three years of college football at Arizona State before transferring to the LSU Tigers, where he won a Heisman trophy.

In two seasons with LSU, Daniels led them to a 19-7 overall record. He showed off his dual-threat ability with 57 passing touchdowns and 21 rushing touchdowns over that span.
