CHEYENNE — The city of Cheyenne hopes to revitalize East 15th Street, where portions of the area have been designated as blight, and which scored in the 99th percentile for environmental burden and 79th percentile for climate and disaster risk burden, according to the U.S. DOT Equitable Transportation Community Explorer.

Beginning Sept. 10, the city will start taking public input on how the community would like to see the area transform. The area for this project includes East 15th Street and East Lincolnway from Warren Avenue to Holliday Park.
