AUSTIN ( KXAN ) — The Austin Police Department is searching for a missing woman who was last seen in Spicewood, Texas last week. Her car was last spotted in Colorado.

Brenna Swindell, 29, was last seen around 10:20 p.m. on Aug. 22 at Poodies Hilltop Bar, located in the 22300 block of State Highway 71 in Spicewood, Texas — about 40 minutes outside of Austin. Police said she was at the bar with her ex-boyfriend, Morgan Guidry.

Neither Swindell nor Guidry has been seen since, and both of their phones have been turned off as of Aug. 23. Police said Swindell hasn’t been in contact with any of her family or friends, adding the department is concerned about her safety.

Swindell is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and roughly 140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, as well as tattoos on both of her arms. Police said she could be traveling in a white 2022 Kia Carnival with the Texas license plate VFS 7528. That vehicle was possibly last seen in Colorado Springs or Denver, according to police.

Those who see Swindell are asked to call 911 or the Austin Police Department’s Missing Person’s Unit at 512-974-5250.
