Shelter-in-place issued in Rohnert Park Tuesday

( KRON ) — The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety issued a shelter-in-place due to an “incident” near Rohnert Park Expressway and Labath Avenue Tuesday night. The shelter-in-place was lifted nearly an hour later.

The shelter-in-place was issued at 10:21 p.m. and lifted at 11:19 p.m.

The area that was under the shelter-in-place included several businesses, such as Applebee’s and Starbucks.

KRON4 has reached out to Rohnert Park DPS for more information on the situation and is awaiting a response.
